I was out and about tonight around 11 near Charley Steak house on the trl and saw a very nice looking WSW slim and blond hair in a pony tail wearing a short black and red dress with silver wings on the back. I've seen too many blue & reds at the gas station on that corner making me believe it's a leo favorite for quick-catches. I do know that if you drive south and look past the wendy's and down that side road between the hotel and harbor freight, there's a parking area leo's tend to hang out at and have a pretty broad view of anything that goes down in that area. Drive by once and make sure to scope the area out, anything past the grocery store isn't much help and may land you in some shit for dealing with a minor.
