The early birds MAY be out at 3:30 or 4:00 am Usually its 5:00 to 7:00 am Back in the day, the girls would dance at the clubs in B'more and then head down to DC for a few extra bucks. Ergo the time frame of 5 ish to 7:00 am Cops usually clear the streets at 7:00 am Or sooner depending if they've gotten the order to clean-up. As the area gets 'gentrified', there are fewer and fewer options. I'm surprised there are any girls out at all anymore. Start at 11th and K, and then Mass and 12th, up 12th street in the residential area.

Dreamt I went around the Track in DC; spotted a few different chicks. Some cool, some stay away.

Staying in hotel in the area and decided to walk around the areas you mentioned from 5 am to 7 am. Saw about 5 to 6 SW. There were about 4 WSW and 2 BSW, all shapes and sizes. There was on WSW I saw yesterday (Tuesday) off 11th who had on a pinkish revealing outfit and brown hair, thin in stature that look pretty good. I did talk to 1 WSW that was here from Vegas, kind of on the heavy side, could not get her to walk to hotel.

Point being is they are out between those times listed, on both Monday and Tuesday I saw some walking around between 5 am to 7 am.

My goodness. I came to the loop late, and no one was out. I found an older gentleman speaking to this lady in her car, and as I drove by I saw that she was wearing lingerie. So, I took the initiative to park and walk to her to ask her for a date. She was very nice and approachable and patient as I briefly explained my limits. We drove to a spot and it was Girls Gone Wild in my truck. I had a lot of fun with her, which is a first for SWs in my experience. She offered BBBJCIM, but we moved to CBJ, DT, Cowgirl, Reverse Cowgirl, and K9. I am not small and an older guy so not too mobile, but she made it work. We had the truck rocking despite a few interruptions from strangers. I need to find a better spot, but I do not travel down here often. Total damage was $. 2 including tip. I will have to meet her at a notel with a little blue pill to see how far she can go. I have not had many good experiences with BSWs, but I am much happier than I thought that I would be today.
