Goes to show you the necessity of fiercely protecting ones identity when dabbling in the bowl. Set my expectations too high and made too many assumptions. Also an hour long salt bath once a week could help (very kosher). No douching, ever. This only makes the problem worse. Probiotics are also helpful.

I just wish I were clever enough to write this myself. I have only copied and pasted, so it is all totally verbatim.
