It is hard to put a specific price on things, because providers really have different values. That being said I think $80 for a door fee is too much. Even in a bigger city like Chicago I haven't seen over $70 hr for door fees. However, if they can get $80 and don't see a drop in business they will keep doing it. Really we set the market.
If a girl can get away with charging $180 for services that used to be $100-120 she will. I had one who wanted $160 tip (so it would have been $220 total) for nude HE.
