Another approach is to see brand new providers who also do not have vouches. May result in a bad appointment, so that is a little risky. When I first start on a new board, I find a lady and then send her a nice note letting her know that I have National reviews on boards like TER and P411. Many here travel and accept P411 where providers from other states / cities can give you vouches. Just a few examples. Hope that helps.
