In fact, it is so packed that it is hard to get a drink. Get there before midnight to avoid a long line to get in, bring your S. O. And you will have a good time.
Blondie has become a walking talking tourist trap. But while they mostly have "novelty" strippers, there are a few attractive women walking around as well.
I have also stayed at the remodeled hotel. They have gutted it (God only knows what got hauled out of there) and it is very quirky but slightly boojee. The rooftop bar is perfect.

Visited Follies Friday around midnight. Parked in the strip mall across the street $10 now as opposed to at the club $20. Don't know who is getting that money. If I can't get to Follies before 2 pm on a weekday, I usually don't bother going. That's my window, pretty much 12 pm-2 pm, M-F. Ten hours out of a 168 hour week.
And you're right about Buford Highway; I love it. Funny, when I was younger I was all about the Buckhead scene, fancy restaurants, etc. Now, older and richer, Buford highway is more my speed: pho, Dim Sum at Royal China, tacos at El Pastor, etc. And Buford Highway Farmer's Market? Love that place.
If you strike out at Follies you can always hit the local cuisine later. Cake at Paris Baguette? Feeling better already .

It's definitely not extras heaven the way Follies is (if that's your question.)].
If you DO become a regular and get to know the girls, probably you can arrange take-out, but it will be a less straightforward process than at Follies (because Follies girls are straight up hoes.).

A good example would be the use of the word "shredded" on a bodybuilding forum; obviously the guy isn't shredded (yikes! But it's just a term that when you use it, folks know you're part of the club (a newbie would just refer to "very low body fat" or something.).
I always use actual currency notation myself, and I don't "dream" or any of the other wording, but I concede that such terms carry social function.

For example, guys will write "two hundred dollars" as $$, $2, .2, $2.00, or good old $200.
This "bad grammar" then forces the next guy to have to interpret the lingo.
