It would be incredibly stupid for SW to hang out with a police decoy in a sting, they could smell a sting a mile away.

Approach a girl who is within 30 yards of a handler (pimp, thug, boyfriend, bodyguard). We all fool ourselves into thinking we are street-smart. Do not make that mistake. It is their world, they live in it, and they have the upper hand. When you pull up, they have created the scenario, they know the exits, they know who is hiding where. And they know that if the situation goes south, we have a lot more to lose than they do.
As far as sting operations. They do not run with the pack and the real SW's clear out of their area since Uncle LEO is never far away. Also, they do not want the reputation for cooperating. Never talk business until they are in the car and you have driven at least 3 or 4 blocks from the pickup in a direction that you choose. Also, be prepared. Even if you do not pick up the sting, if you stop and talk to the girl, there is a chance the undercover car nearby will pull you over and hassle you. It has happened to me. I stuck to my story (fought with the wife, stormed out, now I am going home, saw the girl, knew it was a rough neighborhood so I offered to give her a ride . I guess I am just a good Samaritan). The cop will know better, he / she knows what you were up to. They may search the car, but if you give them nothing to pursue you will be on the road after 15 minutes.
Lately, I have not been very active. I have had a pretty good thing going with a civilian who keeps me busy. However, I am starting to feel the itch.
Sunday evening I took a drive down grand to Bates to Broadway and back. Started about 7, saw a lot of Leo's around, went through one more time, saw a tall, older SW just south of the normal area, said her name was Debbie. Nice BBBJ, then some FS, gave her. 35 +.5 tip.

In other words, even if she was an informant, someone like Erin couldn't be a part of a typical sting operation. She could (and would in a heartbeat to save her skin) roll on you but she can't be used in a sting. Am I wrong?
They could use someone other than sworn personnel, but they won't.
One, they are putting that person at risk.
Two, they have to be able to put that person on the stand. No way are they going to rely on a street walker as a key witness in a case.

I was out last night looking for something to do. Drove down SBW to the casino and back up to Bates. Did several round trips and saw a hand full of SW. I saw a hand full of LEOs as well. An opportunity came to offer a ride to a young spinner who goes by the name Shelly. Wonderful BBBJ. Decided for the full service and so glad I did. Delivered a load between her smoke stained choppers. Asked for digits and easily complied. I was feeling good by now but yet still not fully content so off to do more driving. Came across another short spinner with short chopped hair style. Any off you know who I am talking about? She was too controlling in directions but excellent BBBJ. I managed to deposit another load. I am on cloud 9 at this point. Was not as attracted to her so declined the full service. I did get her digits just incase I get the urge. Yet I was still not completely satisfied for the evening. So, this is a recent nightmare scenario I dreamed of. Feedback?
A BSW gets in the car, a cop check gets done, and they drive off. She says 1, he says. 2, she says. 8, he says. 2. As this is going on, a leo pulls out about three blocks behind, nothing to panic about thinks the driver. Ho, though, freaks out, states something about a warrant out for her, starts fumbling in purse. Apparently she has chems she doesn't want to be caught with. Driver thinks they are going out the window. Leo closing in, ho thinks it better to fire up the chems instead of wasting them. Leo two blocks back, she fires up. What on earth is the driver supposed to do?
During my lurkings and info gathering here, I have read the many solid posts on how to handle bad situations. I'm just curious how the pros would have handled this.
