Stopped by what used to be K-Spa up north in Marysville yesterday -- It's been a little while since I've been there and it's changed a lot, for the better. It seems to go by Health Foot Spa now. I might try the Lynnwood area spas again for some variety. Have had BB at many of the places (Euro, Kings, Lake Serene, VIP) but many of what's available are old and / or require covered service. Haven't tried Tokyo yet.
