I'd doubt that these girls were part of a sting at 3am. (It's possible but highly unlikely) I've seen alot of these girls in that area try to weed out the guys who are serious and have the money to spend that their looking for. That's why you were probably getting that response. Like I said I've had this happen to me quite a few times in that area, If they try to get me to commit to a price or what I'm looking for I just tell them that I'm not going to talk about it there and try to convince them to get in the car so that we can ride around and talk about it. If the girl refuses and only want to know "what I'm working with", I just cut my losses and move on. I've seen quite a few really hot looking SW's on 8th St. Lately, so don't automatically assume that the girl is TGTBT and an undercover. Just remember to never talk price or what you want until she's gotten in your car and you've started to drive away.
