I was meeting up with a provider today to collect money I let her borrow. This was at a fast food restaurant. She proceeded to threaten to sue me for contacting her family. (I've recent unemployed and been trying for almost a month to get a hold of her. She didn't leave me with other choice.) In the middle of conversation, I brushed off her fictitious story. She got up and slapped me in the face in front of everybody. She did make a scene for everyone to see. I was sitting there laughing and finished my meal. Her last words to me were "See you in court!"

I got a few pictures of my face post slap before leaving. Should I file a police report and press charge?

I am headed out to San Fran in a few weeks and I am looking for sources of information. The SF USASG forum seems dead. I have found myredbook. Com but that is about it. Anyone have any recommendations for body rub or FS providers out there? Or alternatively places that I can go on the web to do research before I travel. Any help here or by PM would be appreciated.

If you're going to press charges for the assault and sue for the return of the borrowed ammount and include court and lawyer's fees in the ammount, you're spending more to get back a small ammount and the last "haha." Just make sure that if you go to court, you make sure the emphasis is on the fact that she borrowed money and did not pay it back and then assaulted you in public. Any other occurance that went on between you two as adults in this industry is irrelevant to the charge. The photos will help.

Honestly though, if it was only like 100 or so, cut your losses and learn from your mistakes. Never let a provider borrow money. Odds are, you won't get it back. I don't care what kind of sad story you get.

Just be prepared to have her bring up the history of your "relationship." Is it all worth having your reputation put on the line and being outed by this girl? Think about it and if you proceed, good luck.

I have on accasion lent money to a working lady and did not expect to get paid back with money. It was sort of like a down payment towards future appointments. If you lend money to a lady, you are extending trust to her and hoping that she is worthy of that trust. If they don't pay you back, you just have to accept it as a life lesson and move on. In your case, the lady in question abused your trust, but no good can come to you by chasing after her. Let it go and move on.

I've extended this type of credit twice before to 2 BP girls in Tampa. One worked out fine and one didn't receive my "payback". Dad always said to never lend more than you can risk losing. And he was right, lesson learned! Of course, the other (that worked out OK) was a good deal as I earned some "interest" on my initial investment (the way it should be!)
