Good news. She stood up to her shitty b / f and had him arrested so he's back in jail! Yay for her! And us too. With him out of the picture there are no worries or concerns, just the bliss of excellent service from a great provider. I haven't been around long myself so here is some advice.
The search box is your friend. When you have a question I would start there. Many of these folks have been reviewed several times. Read most of the threads / reports. There is tons of useful information already posted.
