I agree that 1 hour is better in many ways than the 45 min at MC. I'm guessing, and don't remember, that King is not flat rate $$ like MC. Is it 80/ hr plus tip? In the old days of GG and BO, standard tip for full menu was 1. 6 making 2. 4 total. Same at King, NDS? Thanks!
