The easiest girls to pick up as a foreigner (juicy girls) have also been chased out of the bars near Humphreys. Unless you got a connection or have really good Korean, it's hard to move up pass the kiss rooms or do a delivery girl at a love hotel (but that usually has an upcharge for foreigners). You could also take a gamble on the cards that you find scattered on the ground near the subway exits (I actually don't recommend this but it must exist for a reason).
