Sigh. I've made a report on CoCo before. This is my second and a lesson to myself.

Waste of time. I actually wanted L2 from Kelly and would've paid but she was busy.

First and only time I saw her. She spent a lot of time trying to upsell and negotiate. In the end the experience otherwise wasn't bad, but sets the wrong mood for sure.
