Election years seem to spike the raids as does budget time for government funding. The timing of raids seems to vary. Literally, they seem to happen at any time of the day but seem to occur more often at high traffic times (ie. evenings/nights). This might just be sampling error as this is just the times that people happen to visit. There may be times during the day or very late at night that are just not posted. Less likely in the mornings but this is when the ladies go to sleep so MS will ask you to come back later. I don't know about the afternoons but considering that LE are probably reading this right now, I honestly do not think any time is necessarily the "best" time. In summary, just go when you want to go. RTFF and you will see many posts about this subject as this topic is quite cyclical.

Another technique may be to go to places less talked about on this and other forums, especially with spring break week upon us. I would think that LE would want the most bang for the buck and raid more "publicized" places if they do not have a "system" already. However, if you do this and get raided, please post!
