Also I'll poke my head down Bellows, south of Sullivant between sauder and Glenwood provides a good opportunity to look at the goods that hang on the corners of Sullivant in a slower manner. Almost with out exception you will find action in the 'Bottoms' (The area between Central and Davis, the eastern part).
If you're used to Lorain Sullivant is going to blow your mind. Time wise I'd say your time frame is probably going to be the slower time but as compared to Lorain the buisiest time on Lorain will never compare to the slowest times on Sully.

Started my loop around 9 pm, still daylight enough but close enough to dark. Found Amber around Warren, made the scoop we have dated before, but I didn't recognize her until she talked.
