I did not go to that area this morning because I figured it was to cold and no one would be out.

I drove only the north side and nothing. I saw 2-3 on Cic but they looked like they were out in space. I saw another 2-3 on Norf ave but I got stopped by police, unrelated to my activity, and decided to leave the area not to return. I went to cic and 290 and no luck there, but that was after 5am already. I knew I should have tried my luck 4/7, but haven't been there in months.
