Finally hooked up with Andrea, Blonde hair,Petite cute little body mid 30's kind of reminds me of Clearwater's hall of fame ho,Vanessa.Very nice attitude with a good work ethic.Andrea is now appearing on 34th st ,between 9th.and 22nd.
Filling up the ole get around town mobile this morning I notice Miss Fox was running around. This cute lady has a nice look to here, but if you have ever talked to her the ghetto in her can turn you off.

Cruising down us19 and spotted jennifer at the sunoco. Spun around and there she was. About a 8 on SW scale, blonde, nice face, tight body and very petite. She does however wear a padded bra that makes the tatas look bigger than they are. Again nice firm body with pierced tongue. No drama with her. So, how do the cops on the scene who decide what statute to arrest them under know that the person previously tested positive for HIV? Is that information available from their in-vehcile computers? I wouldn't think HIV test results would be immediately available to an officer like that... ??? Or is the statute decided during processing at the jail where they probably could look up their jailhouse medical records?

Seems like the difference on what the charge will be is 796.07 or 796.08- is the arrested or if they are actually convicted.
Some of these girls that have had the 796.08 have showed there paperwork to mongers who have actually seen they are negative.
When you see a Prostitution while HIV positive Statute:796.08(5)/F
This charge above is when you want to be really concerned.
(2) A person arrested under s. 796.07 may request screening for a sexually transmissible disease under direction of the Department of Health and, if infected, shall submit to appropriate treatment and counseling. A person who requests screening for a sexually transmissible disease under this subsection must pay any costs associated with such screening.
(3) A person convicted under s. 796.07 of prostitution or procuring another to commit prostitution must undergo screening for a sexually transmissible disease, including, but not limited to, screening to detect exposure to the human immunodeficiency virus, under direction of the Department of Health. If the person is infected, he or she must submit to treatment and counseling prior to release from probation, community control, or incarceration. Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 384.29, the results of tests conducted pursuant to this subsection shall be made available by the Department of Health to the offender, medical personnel, appropriate state agencies, state attorneys, and courts of appropriate jurisdiction in need of such information in order to enforce the provisions of this chapter.

I've heard news stories of people in the regular dating scene going on trial for knowingly sleeping around after learning they are infected. Yet HIV+ SW's are catch and released to hit the streets again. Talk about a license to kill! Unreal.

In sum:
The sealing of a court order and related documents is within the authority of the court pursuant to Rule 2.051, Florida Rules of Judicial Administration. In light of the confidentiality attached to the identity of test subjects and test results for HIV, however, information received by the clerk of court indicating that an individual has complied with an order to be tested for HIV and the attendant test results would appear to be confidential and should be maintained in that status. Given the lack of direction in section 796.08, Florida Statutes, as to how such information should be treated once it has been released to the court, it may be advisable to seek legislative clarification on this matter.

I came across Sherri at the BK on the corner of 34th st and 38th ave this morning around 9:30.
Brown hair, average build, maybe late 20's early 30's wsw.

"St. Louis, Missouri (The Weekly Vice) - Nigaila Gibbs, a 20-year-old St. Louis area prostitute, was jailed Thursday after she allegedly had sex with hundreds of men while knowing she was HIV positive.
According to St. Louis County police, an undercover officer arrested Gibbs at her apartment after she reportedly tried to prostitute herself to him while knowing she had HIV.
Investigators say Gibbs has been a prostitute for many years - finding her customers via curbside solicitation and various online ads. She reportedly earned $70-$200 for the various sex acts she provided.
Authorities believe she saw as many was two clients a day, four days a week, not including her "regular customers."
Gibbs was booked into the St. Louis County jail and charged with felony prostitution while knowingly infected with HIV. She is being held in lieu of $50,000 bond.
So far, two men who Gibbs allegedly solicited have been confirmed as contracting the disease."
Police encourage anyone who may have had sex with Gibbs to get an HIV test and to call the County Bureau of Crimes Against Persons.
