Anybody here have an apartment available (not shared with you would be ideal since she has her little sister living with her). I am sure a beautiful young girl would see you at least 3 or 4 times a month. She is a bit of a pillow princess but some things are on the table that you might not be able to easily get nowadays. Her sister is a minor. So relations in the apartment when sis is there may not be an option.

But you don't know what's going to happen, especially a young 18 yo. She could throw a party and trash your place. Bringing other SDs over or just refuse to leave when you ask her to move out. . Now you're dealing with eviction, etc. I wouldn't do this again.
It's best to offer up the dough and not dealing with any of the above.
