She is usually booked 2-3 hours in advance. I usually set up something for her first thing in the morning or last thing at night. If you are a known customer, she will stay late for you.

Their "advertising agency", likely based in China, never got the memo they were busted. You have to realize a lot of these spas and apts don't do their own "advertising" on sites like STG or bedpage. For a site like RM, unless it's a reviewer whose name you recognize, you have to literally double check reviewers post history to see if they're shilling or not. Pretty easy to pick up on, actually. Many different ads are for the same place, but you have to call / text to get the exact address and don't think that the girl in the ad will be the girl at the place.
