There use to be an abundance of quality in Charlotte, however, with FOSTA being instituted and the growth of Charlotte (which has caused an influx of dangerous drugs such as H laced with Fentanyl) the decline has been consistent. I don't see the trend ever turning the other direction again. Looking at Skanks to Go (stg) daily will bring one to that realization.
