Far as I know the only places I can honestly think of with any sort of extra attention would be in Toledo but that may not be on your route.

I've seen Irena half a dozen times. She is very nice. Excellent hands but not great tits. Some squeezing is ok but the thing about her if you like a handy. She does it non stop. Slow. Medium. Stops.
