My take on these kinds of posts were that they're probably posted by folks affiliated with those establishments because they usually want a high cover. I never assumed any of them were legit.
I love that we're considering these things because of the idiotic 120-150/ QV with lots of rules posts currently inundating LC. Nah. I'm good with UTR and the old fashioned way until things calm down. And if they never do, that's cool too.
