For what it's worth (and admittedly, not much), my methodology is to build a small database on my burner phone of providers who either (1) look promising (2) have been previously previewed on this very website and then I start texting them one at a time with a slight break (15 minutes or so) before I go further down the list. I respond immediately to those who respond and all and I keep moving it toward a confirmed appt. If there are gaps in the timing, historically I know there is little chance of anything happening.
