A short while ago I went to VP Benson, specifically to see "Barbie". The woman on the phone said to "come now". When I got there, a 30's woman met me at the door and I said, "I called about Barbie" She nodded and let me in. In the hall she had me sit on a bench to take off my shoes, and then led me to a room. She was taller than Barbie has been described - 5'6 or so, and somewhat flat-chested with short hair and a mediocre face. Based on the description of Barbie given here I knew for sure this was [B]not[/B] the Barbie I was there to see.

I waited a few minutes in the room, remaining fully dressed, and then she came back in and clearly expected to begin a session. I repeated that I was there to see Barbie and she claimed SHE was "Barbie". So I explained, via her language translator, that I wanted to see "the other Barbie", and excused myself to leave. On the way out I saw what was obviously the "real" Barbie in the hallway, going into another room where some lucky bastard was waiting.

A few days later I tried again, with the same girl (dressed differently) pulling the same "I'm Barbie" shit. So I opted to stay, and try the initial massage for my. 8 door fee. I would rate the massage as a little bit better than average, but she was obviously managing our relative positions such that no real "exploring" of her was possible. At the end of the massage part she asked (with basic gestures) if I wanted a hand-job finish. I said, "No, I want to see the [B]real[/B] Barbie. She became very insistent that she was Barbie, so I politely thanked her for the massage, got dressed, and left.

Sadly, unless I learn that this imposter is not there, I won't be back. The only thing worse than bait-switch is full out getting robbed, but it's a close second. I'll stick with the two places I've had the best luck, which is Ace and Renew.

Usually, there are two girls working and they take turns answering the door, to ensure each gets her share. But when a customer asks for a particular girl they try to ignore the request, if possible, to get the business. If they turn a customer away, there is a chance he won't come back. If you've never met a girl and go in and ask "Are you Barbie? You're screwed, because she will say yes no matter what. Last year, we had a thing with "fake Cici's" happening because the second girl was pretending to be her. It's the way it is. The owners want the business, they aren't concerned about what is right or fair. The best thing to do is understand their game and know your girl before you go in. And the two places you've had the best luck at will definitely do this bait and switch if given the chance as I've seen them trying to pull it at both. Buyer beware!

Cici's stint in Anchorage is unfortunately drawing to a close; she'll be leaving on Leap Day. In my mind, she is the best masseuse to ever hit Anchorage.
