I went to Tokyo twice over the past month and saw two new girls -- Mya 30's huge rack and a younger therapist.
Both were very accommodating and I left happy.

The house fee is was dropped to $60 for the hour and the tip is whatever you want -- usually $40-50 on top.
I have not left disappointed from there in several years.
