I did a couple passes from the NQ up to the Teen-Numbered-Streets (the streets that run from 17th Street to 21st Street aka Kaley) from 9 am to roughly 10:30 am and it was like a 2018 Flashback out there. Almost every provider I saw out was an oldie from 5+ years ago but not necessarily a goodie. Along with that cast of long-time walkers, I saw about 5 or 6 others I didn't recognize. I also saw the Red Head again that I mentioned seeing the other day off 39th that was being dropped off in front of the Zada Parking area when I first saw her from afar. As I suspected from that long distance view, she is well-built, slender, long red hair, long legs, smallish tits and a decent butt. She was very nice looking in the face BUT her arms were severely scarred from needle usage from wrist to bicep. I didn't notice any new or freshly poked spots, but it was such a quick view, I can't be too sure. I've seen some girls with some really messed up arms, but this one took the cake. She must have had many, many infected wounds over the years. That, or she was in a horrible knife fight or some other accident. The fact that it appeared to be only on her arms, I vote for needle damage.

I noticed a royal blue Toyota mini-SUV with super dark tint making a couple quick turns to follow me on Nashville that I made to try to shake them. One of the times I ran across them in passing, the driver at the crossroad stop sigh and was taking phone pics of my car as I passed him at an intersection. He had the window down and looked like a grilled up DB with a bandana on, but I can't be too sure if he was harmless or not. Just after the pics were taken, he headed out to OBT and the moment he left the area, a large, mostly unmarked white SUV showed up in the same area with the only markings being that it was a K-9 unit. Thought it was funny that it was unmarked except for the K-9 warning labels.
After all those sightings, I ended up going to go see a regular provider since there were no SWs of note to partake.
