So. We all know the deal. Deposits are a scam. Right? But have to say. Tried multiple attempts to find someone who wanted to get together recently. I would say at least 5 asked for a deposit and the others all ghosted. Pickings are slim I can't help but wonder if deposits are being provided. Most of the ones asking were not going to argue. They just said that's how I do it. Thaked me and moved on. No concern at all.

I have read reports here in the past that guys gave deposits and the girls honored them. With guys paying today's GPS rates, I think deposits are being paid. If they are, and the girls are scamming, then we would have heard in the forum. Lately, when I've dipped my toes and reached out, it is mostly ghosting or outrageous rates, 500+. It would be nice to hear from guys who do deposits and are not scammed. Thanks.
My 2-cents continues to avoid deposits even if you have the money to lose. Some newbie will always fall victim to sending a deposit then being ghosted.
