Do NOT appear by yourself. You must retain a lawyer. I will say it again, You Must Retain a Lawyer!

If, for the most part, you are a good fellow, your lawyer will make a deal, and possibly have the charge (solicitation) reduced down to something more pleasant, like disturbing the peace or some other minor infraction.

You will pay a fine and go on summary (informal) probation. You will avoid a record.

The police most likely have everything they need to convict you, but a case like this rarely goes to trial. You really need to apologize and plea for forgiveness and leniency. This is all you can really do.

These cases are rarely fought. Okay, so now tell us how it went down. I'm sure we all want details!

The numbers for the two sting ads were 760 XXX 7552 and 760 XXX 5168. If you google them and listcrawler you can see the wording they used in the ad. That being said I saw both ads and texted both numbers. I was ambiguous in my wording and they never texted me back. A working girl would have jumped at my text. Both ads were suspicious. Both were new, both were reasonably priced, both looked good. All you had to do was google the number. Think with your big head first next time.
