I was awake, therefor I had to go check out what's up. On the way south, I saw 2 LEs coming out of a hotel, parking lot south of westminster, continued south to 405, no luck.

I have never done this before, just drove past them, I am hell scared by uncle Leo. Can someone provide me tips of how to actually approach. I mean do's and don'ts.
