Magic Hands spa is on woodruff rd, Magic spa is the one on fairview (have not been there).
I've been to magic hands 3-4 times in the last 6 months. Consistently 30's-early 40's (I can tell) decent massage with quality finish. Seem to have a rotation of ladies. I've never seen the same girl twice. It's not a FS place but then there hasn't really been a good one of those since Ruby and Pepsi were in town in 2018.

Much closer to home than #1 for me.
Chinese AMPs are not typically FS it's a cultural thing. Often, they will try to steer you toward assisted self service or strictly handshake relief. They usually will not discuss required Tip as this makes them & their service a product / commodity instead of an experience (again cultural thing) any tip between 40-60 should make you happy and keep them happy to see you when you return.
You can get a handshake (or better) from almost any massage establishment if you do the work, are respectful, earn some trust and most importantly spend some money over time. I have found that the better they know you the better service you will receive.

First and last. It's only a ten minute drive but the experience was not the best. Called first in the early evening this week and they said we have availability. Mamasan was pleasant and showed me to the room. My luck then went south as my provider entered the room in a dress and short heels. She was roughly 5'2" and maybe 160 lbs. Face was a 4-5 on the AMP scale so this was a strikeout. Think she said her name was Mimi and I would guess she was in her thirties. Went ahead and paid for the hour as I was there and I needed a massage. Wanted the tip on the flip after a good massage. She asked did I want everything. No thank you. I gave her 80 and she loosely followed my instructions. Her English was almost as bad as my Korean so that did not help. So the top came down and the skirt came up for some limited roaming. I didn't need to see what was in the middle. After finishing she asked did I need some more massage to round out my hour (I was about 45 minutes in). No thanks, I have seen enough to last forever. She helped me dress and then Mama came in while they both thanked me and said please return. Mimi mentioned that all the girls are good at Choi. Who knows, but if they don't have some better looking ones they will struggle for any repeats.
Has anyone been to great day spa on calhoun memorial? I'm in town on business staying in a hotel down the way and I passed by it. I might give it a try tonight if anyone has anything good to say about it.

It has been closed for about 3 weeks after being open for just a week after the original owner sold it to some Koreans. I went once after the sale and it was ok. Then it was closed the next two times I tried to go. I called the number on the door and was told it would be open on the 20th so I went by that day and it was still locked up tight with no lights on. I tried calling last Sunday and no one answered. So I have not bothered going back since or calling. The one time, I had a Korean lady and she did a decent job on the massage and the flip and I have to give her credit, she did finish the massage so I got my full hour.

Thank you for the review, I had thought about going last week and did not make it. Now I will bypass it. Seems about the same as last time I was there whenever that was, probably two years ago. I wish it was still Spring. Had some good times there.

It is open! There were two beautiful Koreans working when I went. I got a one hour massage and she did a very good job. Don't ask me names because I didn't even think to ask but probably one of the best massages I've had in a long time actually. I was pleasantly surprised with everything. She spoke good English, Said they had just opened the other day. The place was very clean. Next time I'm in town I'll get a 4 hand massage if they do it because they both were very cute. They also had very happy attitudes which makes me want to go back again.

Stopped in for a massage today. Very beautiful girl working. Prettiest one I've seen and best massage I've had in a while. I would definitely recommend and I will be repeating. Dropped 100 and out the door.
