On the traditional 2nd ave tour in rare (for me) 11pm to 230 am time slot 3 new girls were observed. One a spinner looked really great. Petite, long brown hair in ponytail. Was driving south earlier tonight and saw heavy SWer activity a couple of blocks south of NW103rd St on SW 27th Ave. Two BSW on the east side. One seemed albino and both were raunchy. Passed. It was as if he was stalking her, and by so doing he made it impossible for anyone to approach her. Then some unsuspecting monger actually made an approach and LEO had his lights on him immediately. The SWer continued to walk south and just when I thought I had a chance another LEO shows up and continues the same stalking deal (guess his buddy pig called him on the radio). On my final pass the SWer looked at me and did a gesture of "WTF frustration" so I just waved at her and continued on my way. Guess the pigs had nothing on her and couldn't stop her from walking on the public right of way, so they decided to play cat and mouse games continuing to waste tax payer dollars. My guess is she was heading home to the trailer park under the bridge past 20th St, but that's just a guess. Oh well, stay safe out there.
