They must have found the cheapest plug and play crap web package they could from India or someplace. UX is horrible and I'd guess the backend is equally convoluted and inefficient.

I'd like to do some international travel however my recently dismissed misdemeanor case of sexual explotation shows up on my background report. I'm not an expert but did some research and finding that non conviction records are reported to the federal NCIC database and that some countries have access to NCIC (such as Canada and United Kingdom). Also, questions about criminal history and charges might also be asked on a visa application. I'm wondering if any of you have any experience with this, especially being denied a visa or turned away at a border for having this charge or arrest in your background. My charges were dismissed a few months ago and the case was only a misdemeanor but the charge of sexual exploitation looks and sounds really bad, much worse than it actually is. Also, Seattle is the only city in North America which uses the tag of "sexual exploitation" instead of "patronizing a prostitute" for the same crime. I'm worried about this causing confusion. Is there anyone here who has experience with this situation? Send a private message to me if you prefer.

That's why some of them have become damn near militant about guys showering, washing their hands, changing condoms if it's a two-girl session, etc. As for the OP's question, it's a roll of the dice for both parties.

One thing I can say, which will help in the longer term (but may not right now) - if the case was truly dismissed you should hire a lawyer and get all the paperwork to him / her and ask for the record to be expunged. Once it is expunged from your record, you keep that document safe and the next time you have a question "Were you ever arrested?" You can answer truthfully that you were but it was a bogus case that was dismissed and then expunged and provide the proof. One thing you should know. For a record that is expunged. You do not even need to report it. Expunged records are only visible by the FBI not background checks done by companies etc.

In your case. It is definitely still on your record showing "Dismissed" you should figure out for yourself if it is worth lying. As there is a very good chance a simple background check will definitely bring up that record. NOT providing advice. But if I were in a similar situation. I would say I was arrested for that offence and it was thrown out as it was frivolous and here is the document that proves it was dismissed.

One bi**h was charging $600/ hr and her Don'ts list was pretty much everything under the sun.

I'm making an X account and going to start posting about the ripoffs on that board. It's absolutely ridiculous. I can't wait to see what the WK simps have to say. Do they even see these wh*s or do they just act simpish on a poon board just to feel better about themselves since their REAL lives absolutely suck.

P.S.: Since when did Daphne Love suddenly become 39 years old? I saw that she posted a bunch of glam pics, but, as usual, hides her giant gut. Just because you put on some makeup and do your hair nice doesn't hide the fact that you're 50+ years old, pushing 300 lbs, and have the face of a meth-addicted piece of trailer trash.

[/QUOTE]I've had a suspicion for a long time that a lot of the White Knights on that board don't actually ever go spend the money to see any provider. Or if they do it is very infrequently.

I also have a suspicion that a lot of the most glowing, suck up reviews on that board are one hundred percent fake. I can't see a provider receiving such a review saying, "Wait, I never saw you!

One reason I suspect that is that nearly all of those girls have piss-poor time management skills and any appointment is usually hours after the agreed-upon time. Yet that never happens in so many of the glowing reviews. One wonders why.

Just saying, but I have zero tolerance to someone who can't be on time for an appointment to take my money. If they can't show up on time they can dumpster dive and live in a cardboard box. I sure as f*ck ain't paying them to be late.

Who are the fucking admins of the other board and why do they suck so much? Not only the new site complete shit (the old one wasn't great but at least it was more efficiently functional) from a UI / UX point of view, they now have animated snowflakes on every page for some sort of bullshit holiday theme. WITAF? 1997 called, they want their crappy web design back. We're seriously making holiday themes for mongering sites? Next thing they'll have flashy, animated gifs everywhere so we can all have seizures.

No wonder that board is full of simps and gps, the people setting the tone for the entire site are clearly halfwits.
