One of the sites says that the woman is from Japan, contrary to this advertisement's claim that she's from Vietnam. My best guess is that the professional-grade photo was just grabbed off the internet and had the name "Amy" and "Vietnam" added.

You are thinking of Choi's Family Restaurant. Word has it that Miracle Touch staff is from the old Ohana above Pony Taxi.
