Lice / crabs will remain regardless of massage table linen change.

Sorta agree with you!! My opinion I always felt AMPs there's a sanitary risk versus your chain ones like Massage Envy, etc. However it depends on place and location. Example I've been to one in Hawaii and before anything went down she had a cup of mouth wash available for dining, which I don't partake, and she had me sanitize my hands before FIV. But in all fairness this parlor was all full of young females not mid 30's on up you see around her. Another reason I agree with the theory because after I visited one parlor after engaging in some sucking on the nips, woke up the next day with a head cold after being sick free months before hand. Risk versus rewards!!

We all know once we get in that position though the other head takes charge and I remember it after the fact.

As a good precaution, I like to keep my southern region short and trimmed. Bought one of those 20 dollar battery operated trimmers from CVS, and 'cut the lawn'. Besides lice mitigation, it is also a nice touch for the providers, YMGMM (you might get more milage). Crotch afro is definitly not a good look. #KeepinItShort.

But, as far as it goes for high-traffic establishments, none of these places have the patron sit face down naked in a dimly lit room entirely trusting the facilitator to have handled sanitary precautions.
