Soo ill be traveling back to Arizona and thought about driving up to Phx to visit some of my fav clubs, but after review some of the posts seems like I might better off just staying in town. I was EXTREMELY disappointed last time I went to Venom, but it seems like I should give it another try. Also was thinking about TD and Novembers. Ill post my exp once I'm leaving town. ALSO if any member wouldn't mind PM'img me some advice if one of these clubs should be avoided. I can also pass on info and numbers if your ever in Denver or Phx.

Td East of course has burned down leaving the west club, but based on your handle I'll assume you might enjoy their selection of ladies. Venom is still probably the best in town for playtime in the cabanas.

Was in there Wed. From about 2:00 to 3:30. Most of the girls were average looking at best, but it seemed like they were all hungry and mileage could be had from almost all of them. I'm sure the fact that it was the end of the month had something to do with it. The main thing that stopped me was, when I was on the smoking patio, one of the dancers came out and started yelling (playfully) at three others about how it was all their fault that she had just started her period. Then their discussion turned to how many others had just started. On a high note. My phone rang while I was there, and I jumped up to go outside to answer it. A minute later, a dancer named Lisa came outside and handed me my wallet that I'd left in my chair. Absolutely nothing missing out of it. I tipped her for it and made sure the manager knew about it.

During my time working doors at various strip clubs, here's what I can tell you about people that work in that field (not just dancers, but bouncers, waitresses, bartenders, managers, owners, whatever).
There are some good people in that line of work, but they are VERY, VERY rare. And, those people don't last long that business. It is why I didn't make it in that business. To succeed in that world you have to be an ugly person with an ugly heart, with no conscience or soul, and not have any sort of regard for people other than the contents of their wallet.
AZ Headhunter, I have no doubt whatsoever that your heart was in the right place when you told the manager that she gave you back your wallet, and I am not faulting you for doing so. However, it will probably result in unintended consequences. Either that would have scored her zero points and clout with the manager and or the club, or that particular manager will from here on out see her as "weak" and do whatever he can to exploit her.
Under normal circumstances I would say one would have to be absolutely insane to ask to see a dancer on a social basis outside of the club. However, in this particular case, I recommend you go back and take a shot at it. It seems as if this particular girl "Lisa" is special, and doesn't belong in that world. You might be her savior, and she might give you something special in return (not just talking about the sex, here).
Hell, I might go and look her up.

I have known Lisa for a while now and she is great person. I only know her in the club but I would see her outside if she wanted.

I did the little strip club circuit yesterday early afternoon. I started out at Venom. I was actually pretty surprised that it was actually pretty busy. But out was Friday, and the first of the month. And of course there were a ton of dancers there to try and make rent. There was a nice mix of ladies to choose from. The unfortunate part when I got there was that all my favorite seats were taken. And a few of the new ones that I met out in the smoking section. As I sat down I was just jumping in on a conversation already in progress. One of the ladies was gay, but in there just to make moneymoney. This actually is not what I like. I actually like to get the feeling that both of us are enjoying ourselves. Not for just me. Weird I know. I became a tad bored and decided to head to Raiders. I can usually find something three to get myself into. When I got there the parking area was packed. I ventured in anyway. And again, all my saboteur places to sit were taken. And all of the chairs were taken, but just a few. I decided it was to busy for my, . So I Sorry nothing really to report. I prefer early during the day. And not on the 1st day of the month. Enjoy.

my time working doors was a long time ago, also (though probably not long enough). i had dancers flirt with me, but i always knew that most of them had ulterior motives for doing so. the few dancers that might have actually been interested in me lost interest when they learned that i wasn't into the drug scene.
i might have been the only doorman at any club i ever worked where i was there just to do my job and get paid. i wasn't there for the girls. i wasn't there to participate in the drug business. i wasn't there to take bribes to let **** kids in the door or to break any other liquor laws. i wasn't there for anything else. i just wanted to do my job, get my money, go home and go to sleep so i could work my day job the next day. and, when i say "get my money", i mean i had no tolerance for a dancer or bartender who wasn't tipping out the doormen their cut, or other doormen not giving their proper split in a club that had a "tip-pool" situation. i wasn't a charity. i was there for the money, not for fun the other perks or fringe benefits. i didn't realize it at the time, but looking back now i can see that my no-bullshit approach, and my "being straight" probably made me a target for most people who worked there, and that's why i could never succeed in that business. in the bar business, like so many others, you're only as successful as the management wants you to be.
if i had it to do over again, i would never work a door. yeah, at that time i needed some part-time work to supplement my income. but, i would find a different way to make that happen. fortunately for me today i am in a situation at my day job where i'm financially doing alright and do not need a second job to get by.
i've been to a few strip clubs since i quit, maybe one visit every two or three years. but, those visits are always very brief. when i do walk in to a club, i am reminded of all the ugliness i witnessed during my time working in that business, and i finish my drink and leave reminded of why i hadn't visited for so long in the first place.
the morale of the story, for anyone who made it this far: take care of the doormen, and they will appreciate you and take care of you as best they can. i can assure you of that.
So I was on vacation this weekend and due to a travel snafu, I didn't get home until just a couple off hours before I'd have to get up to go to work. I decided to take another day of PTO, and hit Venom in the afternoon. Turns out this was a good idea. Sat down a bit away from the stage, on the cabana side. Watched a couple of dances, and got a drink before I was approached for a dance. Very cute gal, spinner, several tats. She sat with me while waiting for the next song and we chatted about work and school. My work, her school. She is studying to be a phlebotomist, though she'd rather do hair. Then the Dance began and, as I suspected, I wanted to take her to the cabana. So when the Dance was done and she asked if I wanted another, I asked if there was someplace more private we could go. So away we went. 20 to the dj to get the cabana, then the fun began. Long story short. Fiv and gripping me through my shorts got us both off. Got her digits and definitely plan to give her a call as soon as I have the chance!
First off thanks to all the members who PM me and answered my questions. After taking some advice from some senior members I took off to venom (almost as soon as my plane landed). It was during the day so there wasn't that many people there. The dances were pretty cheap 10 $ so I got a couple from different dancers. If there were aggressive and very hands on during the dance I was ready to take them to the cabanas, but sadly the dancer who was very hands on seem to be more into her phone and smoking with her friends than making money. She claimed she would be right back but never came back so I left. I tried again later that night and WOW I was SOOO SURPRISED. I saw a bunch of sexy ladies, but I went for the ebonies. I got a dance from a dancer who names escapes me, but she gave a very hands on dance and off to the cabanas we went. It was a very good exp and I was shocked that her price was only. 80 for 15 minutes. After taking another girl to the cabanas I had to call it a night and left.
I would return a few days later on Saturday and as soon as I sat down came a SUPER Skinny Latina who is about 6 feet tall with heels on. (BEWARE) I should've known when she charged me 20 dollars for 1 floor dance, but I paid since she stuck her hands down my pants during the dance without me saying anything. I took her to the cabanas and it was down hill from there. She tells me its $ for 15 minutes. , I paid her and as soon as the second dance was over she said for her to keep going it would another $, but she hinted I could get anything I wanted. I was SOOOO mad I jumped up threw the 100 at her and walked out. I sat back down and ordered a beer to relax and she comes over and asks if I'm upset and I said yup and her response was "go ahead and talk shit about me" If I remembered her name I would POST it in a hurry. I was about to walk out when I saw my fav from thhe 1st night who was working and quickly asked her for a dance. She was perfect and gave me another wonderful time in the cabanas. I even tipped her another 20 $ to dance some more for me. Some girls at this club are AMAZING and really go the extra mile to make sure your happy, but like everything there are some bad apples. Beware from the Skinny tall latina girl and enjoy this awesome club that you fellas have. When I return ill try TD's,but after my 1st exp at venom I found it hard to go anywhere else.

The ladies are horrible planners so I would have a contingency plan if the 1st one happens to fail. But why hire any agency in this town? Just go to the source.
