If you are caught in a raid in PWC, no matter what you are doing in there at the time, you name and address will appear in the newspaper the next day and you will be charged with "frequenting a bawdy place".
If you can handle that kind of publicity and the money for a good lawyer then by all means have your fun in PWC. Otherwise just stay away from that county completely!

Can you say how PWC classifies the "Bawdy House", I knew of regular spas that were busted, where as they did not service one or two of the girls freelanced....
Anyway to know if an establishment might be listed, in PWC.

I would say that PWC targets places that require a buzzer to gain access. Normal massage parlors have a reception area and full access at the entrance. They are normally well known as salons etc. The place is listed with PWC as a licensed massage parlor. In order to obtain a license for their business, they must first apply through the county. The normal massage parlors also have licensed therapists and are proud to display the certs at the entrance.

Being charged with something does not mean convicted of it. The cops who would do the riad would be doing so based on the assumption the place is a bawdy place. Your name and address in the paper would be listed with that charge. Guilt has nothing to do with it at this point, you life is ruined as soon as the paper comes out.

I would hardly think that my life would be ruined.I wouldn't want to pay out for lawyers.But I have to if I want to win. I've noticed over the years that clients of amps rarely,if ever, are convicted.
If it is not important to you then have a blast and do not sweat it!
I know that if I am even accused I would lose (at a minimum) wife, house, car, and job.
So take the advice for whatever it may be worth but DO NOT play it down in any case.
And it IS your own decision and risk - not mine and I will NOT argue the point any more nor waste any other person's time in the forum.
If you insist on arguing, do so via PM only! Anything else I will ignore.

I think it would depend a great deal on what you do for a living. Teacher, life over, member of Congress not so much. Minister-over, professional athlete (with the exception of golf) ok. TV actor of child show-done for, Late night personality-go back for seconds.

I knew places in other States that were "legit" nail and massage; but owners can only monitor so much. I have been to a few "real" places that have had unoffical extras that the owner did not know about or kept a blind eye to. When my friend comes to visit me she like to go for couple massages where we are and I would hate to take her some place and a few minutes later they are banging down the door.
These appear to be good signs to avoid should my friend picks out a place...

Went to Papaya today. Cici was my provider. Was offered a shower but it was solo, stand up. I asked Cici why they didn't do table showers anymore and she told me they got a ticket for having one. It appears it is unlawful for providers to wash naked mongers on a table. According to Cici, both the house and the provider were fined $300 each for the infraction. Have any of you heard of such a thing?

Dropped by this well-reported-off-the-beltway establishment one evening this past week. Greeted by Amy: nice looking, 40ish. Showing it in the face, but very nice frame.
Amy's very nice. Lot's of energy and communicates very well. As usual, she ask's if I've visited before. Answer no to this particular place. She was interested in how I had found out about the place, to which I replied I'd heard about it.
After going to the room and settling on an hour she deposits me in the sauna for about five minutes. Afterwords, a nice TS on a cold day. She's very playfull and took great pains to be sure I was clean everywhere.
Once back in the room, she gave a great massage. Making sure along the way that she was making me happy. Firm massage w/back walking. One ding, though. Apparently business had been slow earlier and one of the girls (CoCo) had gone home. She was very apologetic, but she did have to abandon me for about 5-10 minutes in the middle of the session.
Standard NoVa experience w/no up-sell. I appreciate that. She did introduce me to Susie; the other girl on staff that evening and suggested I try a four-hand massage next time. I've never tried that. If anyone has and want's to express an opinion, I'd love to hear it.
Overall good experience. I'll be back. I like this place.

Anyone holding a security clearance - life over.
Good luck applying for a job that requires a background check. Even if not convicted, they'll still see your arrest record and not hire you.
Best bet is to be careful. Plain and simple it is not worth it for most people to get caught up in any raid or sting.
