My expectations were low considering the mixed reviews, and I should have cut bait when on Sunday she said she waa good for Monday at 3 (yesterday). I hadn't received an address by noon, so I asked for it and she sent it, but also said that she could no longer make that appt.

No problem, the next day was also good. Alas, nope. Texted her before I left, crickets. Decided to head her way anyhow (I've had another that was a late responder), so drove over 30 min. Parked and waited for 10 min. Another text, crickets. Called. Straight to voicemail.

At that point I knew it was dead. So 30 mineach way for nothin. Oh well. Still blows.

After seeing that post, I did a search on RR and found her correct link, which you posted here. It's nice that you let everyone know about her string of bad reports because I'd never heard of her previously and I was thinking of seeing her. A "negative" report about a provider is just as valuable (if not more) than a positive report as then we all know which providers to avoid.

I googled her number and a mugshot came up from where she had been charged with extortion. The guy had already paid her $10 k and she came back for more. The guy dropped the charges, though. I guess he didn't want his family dragged through the mud with him.
