Cruised LBB from 91 to 105 yesterday around 3 and it was busy busy! Lots of BSW and a couple LSW.
Saw Star and Dream walking together, a BSW and LSW, young good shape, but small.

Could Viagra Put the Brakes on Jet Lag?

TUESDAY, May 22 (HealthDay News) -- Worried about jet lag? Researchers think they might have just the ticket to perk you up: Viagra.
While it's too early to know if it will work in humans, Argentinean researchers are reporting that the drug sildenafil -- better known by the brand name Viagra -- appears to reduce symptoms of jet lag in hamsters.
Viagra does come with potential side effects, and some men might not appreciate experiencing a temporary respite from erectile dysfunction at 30,000 feet. Still, a sleep specialist called the research promising.
"We do need more effective therapies for jet lag and for sleep difficulties that occur as a consequence of shift work," said Dr. Robert Vorona, an associate professor at Eastern Virginia Medical School who's familiar with the study findings.
In the study, researchers administered small doses of sildenafil to hamsters before adjusting the cycles of light and dark they lived in. This reset their body clocks as if they'd taken a six-hour plane trip to the east.
The hamsters recovered 25 percent to 50 percent more quickly from the equivalent of human jet lag, needing less time to synchronize themselves to the new schedule, said Dr. Diego Golombek, a researcher with the Universidad Nacional de Quilmes in Buenos Aires. He said sildenafil worked at least as well as melatonin, a jet-lag treatment.
But the drug didn't help hamsters who underwent a simulation of westward jet travel.
The findings were published in this week's Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
The drug, originally developed to treat high blood pressure and angina, might alleviate jet lag by interfering with a molecule that sends signals to the hamster brain's body clock mechanism, Golombek said.
But the potential impact on humans isn't clear, and Golombek said people shouldn't rush out to prevent jet lag with doses of Viagra. For one thing, Viagra can cause side effects such as low blood pressure.
As for the next step, Golombek said "a full-scale clinical trial has to be performed in humans, which is indeed quite expensive and time-consuming. Jet-lag trials might involve laboratory simulations, but we also need 'the real thing,' which means testing pharmacological treatments on long-haul air travel."
And that, he added, will take even more time.
Has anyone else noticed a shift in talent to LBB lately or has it just been my luck?
I been a fig cruiser for nearly a year and it has been getting dry lately. Oh girls come out but none really that float my boat or one or two that I like but they so busy they hard to catch without drawing obvious LE attention.

On a daily basis Figueroa (nee Pigueroa) has better quality and quantity, but this week its been largely dry (I haven' checked out LBB so I don't know if that is the same, have to rely on other mongers' observations). As far as the selection of notels to carry out business its about the same in either locale. Obviously I am not going to post them, if you don't know and can prove you aren't LE PM me for info.

Where did you go? I've been there many many times and never had any experience worth bragging about. No such thing as GFE, as far as I know.

I've had MANY GFE experiences in TJ. However a GFE experience, in the conventional definition, is more rare in TJ than it is here. However the typical $100 SW/cheap escort experience that you would have in SoCal can be had in TJ for $60-to-$80. The TJ experience is more [i]fun[/i] IMHO. A few quick points about the virtues of mongering in TJ;
1. TJ has a plentiful availability of providers. Whatever your particular tastes are you can find it in TJ.
2. It's basically legal. As long as you don't act like an asshole you shouldn't have to worry about LE. Think about it - this is a HUGE advantage for TJ. For all of the talk about how unsafe Mexico is as a country IMHO it's safer to monger in TJ than in the US.
3. It's cheaper for better-than-average quality. Your money goes further in TJ.

I expected guards with dogs, flashlights, metal detectors, produce questions, etc. None of that. Just a walk through a gate turnstyle, and boom, Viva Mehhico.

You'll almost never find GFE on the streets in TJ. In fact the SW's, although they are incredibly cheap, are your WORST mongering option in TJ. You need to stick to the MP's and the clubs. If you're willing to do a bit of research you'll find that there are a few really good escort agencies in TJ. The prices trend towards U.S. pricing but the service is incredible. I spent the night with a particular escort in TJ for $250 a few months back. It was one of the best days of my mongering career. So don't sell TJ short. You just have to do a lil research. The ISG board should be your starting point.
