Friday night/Saturday morning...
P/u a very cute mocha colored BSW named Theresa on Washingtom around 1:30 AM. Ventured over to my spot and agreed on .50 for a BBBJ. Lot's of spitting, slobbering, and awesome tongue action from this slim beauty. Her only rule was no CIM, but other than that, my hands roamed free, making their way along her beautiful toned booty and eventually into her wet cooch.
Says she's from Phoenix and seemed very concerned about LE (as she should be). I pointed out some good spots for her to stroll, and she was ever-so-grateful. Dropped her off near the Chevron on McFadden, where she pointed out another SW she had met during the evening. To my amazement, it was one of the better looking WSW's I've seen. Smokin' body accompanied by what appeared to be a pretty face. I only got a glimpse of her side profile, but she appeared to be very doable.
Peace,

Saturday Night/ Sunday Morning
I was out last night as well. I hit Pomona first. Very little out there. I did see one nice sw around Indian Hill wearing a mini-skirt, she got picked up by someone she knew. I then his the OC around 1:00 am. I saw a couple of TVs on first between Grand and Tustin. Why can't they stay on Main where they belong. I then hit HB. I saw one hot BSW with a little shcool girl dress on, she was not giving the time of day to anyone. I then left. Looks like I should of stayed out a little longer.
Sorry, i meant to post the time...
An interesting post. Can you give us an idea of what time all this was happening?
Yeah, I thought I mentioned the time. Must've only thought about doing it. It was on Wed. Night into Thursday morning. I even remembered looking at my clock on my car dash to see exactly what time it was. I saw all this at exactly 1:07 a. M. Thursday morning.
On a side note, I went out Thursday night into Friday morning and it was completely dead. All up and down Harbor from around 11 p. M. To 1 a. M. I think it was, not a SW was stirring.
California Supreme Court Ruling
FYI.....
In a closely divided 4-3 opinion, the California Supreme Court has ruled that local governments cannot seize the vehicles of people arrested on suspicion of buying drugs or using prostitutes, the two most common offenses targeted by local crime-fighting forfeiture ordinances in a number of California cities. The ordinances aim to reduce drug selling and street prostitution by seizing the cars of customers and thus deterring future customers.
The ruling came in O'Connell v. City of Stockton, where a local woman, Kelly O'Connell, challenged the city's "Seizure and Forfeiture of Nuisance Vehicles" ordinance. In a legal argument that was more about state versus municipal power than drug offenses or selling sex, the court held that only the state can set punishments for offenses under the state criminal code -- not municipalities.
Nor, the court held, can cities mete out punishments for state law violations that are harsher than the state laws themselves. In some California cases, drivers seeking to buy marijuana -- small-time pot possession is a $100 ticket in California -- have had their vehicles seized.
The punishment of drug and prostitution offenses "are matters of statewide concern that our Legislature has comprehensively addressed... leaving no room for further regulations at the local level," the court ruled.
