I see your point about apartments though. Definitely a more relaxed atmosphere and GFE feeling. I've been wondering the same thing. At one place GFE is an extra. 4 and gets you BBBFSCIM. W / o the extra. 4, there's no CIM. At MP there appears to be no upcharge for BBBJCIM, but MP charges more. At MP I've also gotten BBFS with no up charge. But I've read reviews that say or imply that at MP BBFS is an extra 2. 0. I even read a review where the monger got BBBFS, wasn't asked for extra, but then tipped an extra 2. 0.
So maybe it's luck of the draw or a personal chemistry thing. Please let me know if you figure it out.
