Unless you're paying for premium you can't see who else someone has reviewed, and so you can maintain five or six fake accounts and spit out positive reviews for someone real quickly. I recommend always being cautious of someone who just started and suddenly has five reviews all within the same month. Look for longevity instead. Also, even a top notch provider is going to have the occasional random mid or negative review. You should be suspicious if every single review is glowing, because some shenanigans are probably afoot.
