Always good for a recon! Went up and down Central and saw dozen SW's. Uncle was out but not too bad. Did few strolls. Saw young LSW. She was new and rookie to the game. A white Kia Sportage SUV is apparently one of PD Vice's newer UC units. Blinky red and blues in the front turn signals. It looks like some kid put lights on his moms soccermobile, and honestly I wouldn't pull over for it without confirming with dispatch or seeing a marked unit take over.

First time doing this. I was driving down Central with some time to kill. Always curious to see any SW's and see if I have the courage to pick one up. Saw no one. Made another pass and around Central and Pennsylvania saw a tall tall slim BSW, I mean 6 foot and skinny. Dancing around the street pole in short shorts. Not sure how Far East you went, but Central between Juan Tabo and Tramway offer some possibilities. Good luck.

Cruised central not much to see. 2-3 pm. Headed over by TA truck stop. Picked up Mandy 20 something block up from there. 60 FS. She had a turquoise backpack on.
