There are lot trash too who advertise on these sites you mentioned and quote their price high.

What you got to do if you have lot of money to spend but want to spend it on quality then before booking do some research. Especially the review site /(s) are the best way to find about these ladies. Search for their phone number or emails and search for it on the review board. If you find many reviews written for them and most of them are good one. You would know what are you getting into. By paying membership fee you can get more specific details etc. And then decide.

Also, look for their presence on the twitter, most high end providers are very active on twitter just like politicians or celebrities and they keep posting their pictures / activities and by following them over there you can get a feel of what kind of personality they have etc.

This is how you usually ensure the quality.

Additionally, good quality and high end providers also have their own dedicated websites which is another sign that they are legitimate.

Or else there are many scammers / trash too on these sites whose price point is pretty high and merely paying more does not ensure the quality. You got to do your research.
