We messaged on her first profile in 2020. Switched to text and she said she was looking for platonic. I saw she created a new profile last year, and thought that maybe she changed her tune. I messaged her again. Said she didn't remember chatting with me so I didn't bother responding.
She's definitely real and not an escort. She gave me her real phone number and all of her social media profiles popped up as friend suggestions. From what I observed on those, I'd say her being shy / nervous and never having followed through on meeting anyone is probably accurate. But she's back with a 3rd profile so who knows.
