I feel its insulting to be asked to give a tip in advance during the middle of the session. But I imagine there must be some cheapo lowlife customers who dine-and-dash, get rubbed-and-run, get pulled then pull a fast one, get jerked and be a jerk, get pleased then flee, etc.
