Bianca (wearing a big jacket) was frantically waving me down at every pass I made through the area about 1:00 today at 23rd and 24th. I was at Walmart a few passes around the same time. All was still quiet at that time of the day. The 20's area was generally dead except for a few stray SWs.
All I saw out in the Walmart area was Traci with the Bolt-Ons sitting on the Green Electrical Panel in front of Popeye's. I am glad I didn't hang around too long.

The 4th girl I don't know where she hangs out. It's possible it all went down in the 20's if Julie was in the 20's though. I have seen her up there in the past, just not very often.
