To search for a picture in Firefox, right click on the picture and select "Copy Image Location", then open a tab to Google. Com, and right click in the search box and paste, then search. On the results page, select search for image. You should be able to figure it out from there, but the basic rule is that if you find the picture on dozens of different sites or multiple locations on the same day, it's a fake.
It's a little tougher in IE, but can be done there, too, with the basics being the same.
As far as what this particular one really looks like? I don't really know, but with fake pics, I'm not going to run over to her place to offer up my wallet to find out. My response to you in the "Escort Classified Ads. Member Discussions" thread provides additional information about fake pics.
