Urologist told me there was a 50/50 chance of dry ejaculations and I lost the bet. Orgasms are still there, just no mess, some women like that, LOL. But I don't. After all that I still get up 3 times a night to pee.

It is primarily used as a high blood pressure med, but said it would relax the muscles of my prostate and bladder neck.
