Not sure if you are aware of this, but if you copy the post and paste it into MS Word you can change the case fairly quickly. The process sounds long but it is actually very quick.
After you paste and highlight the text.
Go to
"Format"
Then click on...
"Change Case".
Then click on...
"Lower Case"
Then Click on...
"Sentence Case"
Your done...
Better if the posts didn't need to have it done in the first place, but this format change will only take a 15-20 seconds per post...
